Our dedicated duty manager will be your single point of contact, working with you or your chosen funeral director to take care of every detail. From timings and room layout to dietary needs and AV equipment, we aim to make the process as simple as possible during a difficult time.

Most gatherings last between 2–3 hours, but we can adjust timings to suit your needs.
